Steve served as the Business Administrator in Middletown for six years before taking on the same position in Livingston, a K-12 district with 6,000 students, in 1998. In addition to supervising the development and implementation of their approximately $130 mil budget and actively participating in all collective bargaining sessions, he's successfully shepherded through four bond referendums, totaling more than $160 mil. and covering projects from multi-media studios to sports complexes.
Steve has served as a Trustee for New Jersey Schools Insurance Group since 2015 and is the Chairman of the North Jersey Educational Insurance Fund, a position he's held since 2010. He has been the president of the Essex County Association of School Business Officials six times and was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the NJ Association of School Business Officials in 2019.

Dana began her public sector career as the Assistant Business Administrator in Montclair in 1993, moving up to Business Administrator in 1997. She was the Business Administrator in Westfield, a K-12 district with approximately 6,300 students, from 2012 to 2022. During her career Dana has overseen budgets in excess of $130 mil. and Capital Projects ranging from locker renovations to the construction of an entirely new school, which came in substantially under budget, despite the discovery of historically significant remains on the site.
Dana is a frequent presenter at NJ School Boards, NJ ASBO and the Educational Doctoral Program at Seton Hall University. In addition to mentoring nine BA's, so far, she's been the president of both Essex and Union Counties' Association of School Business Officials multiple times and, in 2019, received the Distinguished Service Award from the NJ Association of School Business Officials.
